The Team
Company principals are Marc Barbazza and Ray Scalise.
Marc has been in the Telecommunications industry since 1987. Having started a
Cadetship in Telecom he then went on to specialize in PABX maintenance. This gave him a broad background
in the telecommunications industry, leading him to work with Ericsson for many years before co-founding
National Telefonix. Marc is an expert with systems from Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Hbrex, Fujitsu,
Hybrex, various voicemails and smaller key systems.
Ray began his career at NEC in 1986 as a Senior Technician before working for
Telecom as a Technical Officer and Project Management Leader. He too worked for Ericsson for many years
as a Project Manager before teaming up with Marc to co-found National Telefonix. Ray is an expert in
Engin, Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Hybrex, Structured Cabling Solution and smaller key systems.
