Voice Mail
As well as one-touch recording of conversations, audible notification of new messages can automatically be sent to a mobile phone or other number. Staff are able to respond quickly to enquiries, even when out of the office.
Call Management
IPstage includes a built in Call Attendant. You can record a custom company greeting which will direct customers to the correct person. If waiting for a call to be answered, Music on hold can be played.
Follow Me
Set the destination number for call forwarding from your desk or change it while you are out of the office. The ability to enable call forwarding when on the road ensures that you won't miss any important calls.
Office and mobile linking
When linked, your desk phone and mobile phone will ring simultaneously so you don't have to remember to forward calls when leaving the office. While away from your desk taking a call on your mobile, the call shows up busy on your desktop handset. It also shows up busy on your secretary's
handset to, so she knows you're on a call.
