Maintenance

Why should I - Telecommunications today is often the lifeblood of any organization. If the PABX system is not operating for whatever reason, people can't contact you and as a result you may lose sales or at worst, in the event of an OH&S situation, you can't dial out to call for help. The same applies for you computer network. If you cannot access your computer, your company's server, the network or even the internet, you are prohibited in accessing information you need to conduct your business.

You would probably argue the fact that the system hasn't had a problem and you're probably right. If the PABX system had been installed by National Telefonixs' certified installers in the first place you would expect there not to be. However, where earlier phone systems we're primarily mechanical, systems today are like computers and rely of good manufacturing standards to ensure items within the PABX system last. But like computers downtime, failure of cards / CPUs or obscure processing circuits can happen at any time.

What does it give me - In order to ensure peace of mind in the event that your system has a problem, National Telefonix have in place Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that your call for help is responded to in a timely fashion (agreed times) and your inconvenience is minimized.

Manufacturers Warranty period with the purchase of any system is only for the first 12 months from the date of purchase. Aside from the replacement of parts, National Telefonix also provides their time to repair or replace any faulty components, whether a PABX system component or even a handset, and that all within the SLA's. In addition, to ensure that your PABX system runs effectively over that period of time, National Telefonix conducts frequent preventative maintenance site visits to prevent any unnecessary inconvenience.

Beyond the 12 month manufacturers warranty period, National Telefonix offers ongoing maintenance agreements. The agreement starts with establishing the required SLAs that meet your business needs followed by the duration. For example; Do you only require coverage during business hours or do you need 24 hour coverage. Do you require one year maintenance or would require two or three years.
